All participants, accompanying persons and are required to register. Please fill the form below.
Registration fee and payment conditions
- Participant: 300 € (single room) or 260 € (double room)
- Accompanying person: 240 € (single room) or 200 € (double room)
- Exhibitors: 650 € (without presentation) or 900 € (with presentation)
The payment deadline is 30 April. After that date, the registration fee will increase for additional 50 €.
Registration fee include:
- access to the conference*
- coffe breaks & refreshment drinks during the poster session*
- accomodation for two nights, including 2 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 1 dinner in the hotel
- excursion to Pavlomir wine house, including dinner
* not included in the fee for accompanying person

Abstract
Participants wishing to present a scientific contribution must submit an abstract in registration form. Abstracts must be written in English using the following abstract template.
Conference talks will be given by plenary, keynote and invited speakers selected by the International Program Committee. The length of the talk is 20 + 5 min (invited and keynote) or 30 + 5 min (plenary). All other attendees can have a poster presentation. The poster boards used for the display of the posters will be 87cm x 120cm (fits A0 size). The official language of the conference is English (preferable), Slovenian, or Croatian.
